My wife Marsha & I have made our home at the Lake for the past 5 years. We were 2nd Homeowners for 2 years prior to that. We decided to make this our permanent residence when our youngest daughter decided to go to Mizzou.
My wife & I graduated in 1978 from the same high school and started our first business in 1983. We sold that business in 1998 after 15 years of Successful operation.
I started my career at the age of 20 with nothing more than a dream and a copy of Zig Zieglar's "See You At The Top". My first year I was the top saleperson in a six state region. I went on to become Sales Manager, Trainer and started my own company 3 years later. This company became one of the top distributors world wide
for 10 consecutive years.
Another company we started became one of the largest home building & remoldeling companies in Southern IL.
I have worked the past year with Reece & Nichols Real Estate and have become one of the top agents in our office during that period.
