Why would other agents refer their buyers or sellers to me?
There are many reasons why real estate agents refer business to other agents. Clients moving to another city or state, agents don't service certain areas, agents are too busy, agents don't deal with the type of property being bought or sold and many others. What do they do? They refer these motivated buyers and sellers to other agents!
How do I give or receive referrals?
All agents will contact each other directly from profiles on our Site. Just save SendMeReferrals.com to your favorites on your computer for easy reference!
Can I put my listings on the website for other agents to see?
Yes! You can put 2 of your listings on the site with photos and info. This will also bring agents back to our site often to update or change their listings. There is no charge for posting your listings!
I don't see the cities listed on the site that I service. Why?
If the cities you wish to be listed under do not appear on your state's page, we will create new links to those cities for you! We are creating pages as agents sign up. This keeps the website from being filled with cities that have no agents yet. We will also be happy to create a page that is not actually a city, but the name of an area, city nickname or area subdivision!
Can I make changes or updates to my profile and listings?
Yes, anytime you want. We never charge anything additional! To make changes, simply let us know!
